Sharon's Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
2.0 cup Brussels sprouts, fresh2.0 tsp Garlic1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Trim stems off Brussels sprouts. Wash and cut in half lengthwise. Bring to a boil and boil for about 5 min (10 min if you like a softer texture). Drain and drizzle w/ olive oil. Add garlic and salt & pepper to taste if desired. Place on baking sheet in a single layer and bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Toss and bake for 10 minutes more. Toss again to pick up carmelization from pan. Enjoy! Serving Size: Makes 2 1-cup servings
