Ingredients
4 serving Costco Egg inovations Organic Eggs (by MICHELLE8182) 3 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 4 tbsp 365 Psyllium Husk (2 tablespoons) (by LIFE_IS_SO_GOOD) 8 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Baking Soda .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.5 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by DVILL818)
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix. Let sit for about 15 minutes. Heat griddle to 350-375. Melt some butter onto it. Cook pancakes...Flip after about 5-6 minutes or when edges become firm. Should be a nice golden brown. Serve with your favorite toppings
