Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
250 mL (1 cup) almond milk (I used Almond Breeze brand)90 gram frozen mixed berries (I used Woolworths Select brand)Cinnamon to taste (I used dutch ground cinnamon)
Directions
Pour 250 mL almond milk into a blender (or whatever you usually use to make a smoothie) Add 90 grams of mixed berries Add cinnamon (not cinnamon sugar, unless you want it a bit sweeter, and account for the extra calories) to taste Blend until blended Enjoy :)
