Ingredients
2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 400.95 Grams Banana, fresh 4 serving Egg white, large 5 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 16 tbsp Sour Cream 8 serving Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup
Directions
Pour in non stick round or 8x8 pan. Cook for one hour on 400, or until fork comes out clean. Will be light and fluffy. May also add desired amount of whey protein until becomes a cake batter-like consistency. Cook time should be about the same.
