Ken's Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3.5 cup Goya, Pinto beans 4.5 cup Great Value Black Beans 3.5 cup Beans, great northern 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 3 clove Garlic 3.5 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano 4 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Pepper, black 1 serving Ground Tumeric, svg size 1 tbsp (by CERECM)
Directions
sauteed onions & garlic give good flavor - use 1 tsp olive oil. Soak beans overnight, drain. Add fresh water and cook/simmer for 4 hours or until tender. Add sauteed onion & garlic, carrots, spices, and can of diced tomatoes. (Do NOT add tomatoes until beans are soft. )Makes 15 servings, each 1.6 g fat, 35 g carbs, 11 g protein.
