Easy Cheesy Potato Soup

Ingredients
2.50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 5.50 cup Potatoes Hash Brown Ore-Ida southern style 224 gram(s) Cheddar Cheese: Sargento Classic Mild Cheddar Shredded 8 serving Pioneer Brand Pepper Gravy
Directions
Bring chicken stock to boil, add potatoes. Cook until soft, stirring often. Decrease heat to low. Make gravy mix according to instructions, pour into potatoes (Uses 2 cups of water). Stir until thoroughly mixed, then add cheese, stirring until cheese is melted and mixed in. Add .5 cup of water if soup is too thick. Serve hot.
