1.0 oz Tortilla Chips0.5 cup, shredded or chopped Iceberg Lettuce (salad)2.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes0.25 cup Refried Beans0.75 cup gardein beefless ground3.0 serving(s) tofutti dairy free all american cheese2.0 tbsp Sour Cream (Tofutti - Better Than Sour Cream) Substitute
Directions
Cook ground and put all chips nicely arranged on plate top with ground and beans and cheese. Microwave for few minutes until cheese melts then add lettuce and tomatoes and sour cream
