Ingredients
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 tomato Yellow Tomatoes 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving Butter, Parkay Spray - 5 sprays 1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes
Directions
Place mushrooms in non stick pan and spray 3 squirts of parkay then cut onions and tomatoes with mushrooms until the onions are translucent.

Serving Size: Makes a small soup bowl full
