summer cucumber salad

Ingredients
1 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber (peeled) 0.50 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbsp Agave Syrup - Blue Agave .25 tsp Paprika 1 dash Salt 0.25 tsp Black Pepper, Freshly Ground (by MEJ168)
Directions
thinly slice cucumber and red onion place in bowl, mix vinegar and agave and paprika pour over salad and mix, chill for 1-6 hours
