Basic Bread, Gluten Free

Ingredients
3.33 cup Bob's Red Mill All Purpose Baking Flour (Gluten Free) (by GFERBER) 1.25 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum (Thickener) 1 tbsp serving (by ADDICTED2DONUTS) .5 cup Non fat dry milk powder (by MABOUGIRL) .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 390 mL Water, tap 1 tbsp Active Dry Yeast (by PNTBTRNFLUFF)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375, and grease bread pan.
Combine all the dry ingredients including the yeast in a bowl.
in another bowl, mix water( 1 1/2 c plus 2Tbls) with the oil, and egg.
Then combine and mix well, pour into greased bread pan and cover with towel to rise 1 hr.
Then place in oven and bake for 50 min.
Remove from oven and let stand about 5 min, then turn out onto cooling rack to cool.
Then slice and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes a 1 Kg loaf sliced into 18, 1.25cm slices
