Ingredients
4 cup Garden Mix: Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Red Leaf Lettuce 1 serving California Navel Orange - medium orange (131g) 1 serving Cara Cara Orange - 1 medium orange 2 serving Trader Joe's Raisin Rosemary Crisps 4 serving bocconcini (mozarella, fresh 1 ball) (by JBMONCO) 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.3 cup Lemon Juice
Directions
1. Break crisps into small pieces.
2. Slice oranges and cut each slice into 4 segments.
3. Slice mozzarella balls
4. Mix all ingredients
