3 tbsp chopped Shallots 0.33 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Smart Balance Blend of vegetables oils (Soybean, Canola & Olive) 2 serving Banh Bot Loc Rice Pin Noodle 1 cup=212g 1 pkg=2 servings 0.33 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce 2016 1 serving Asian Best Preserved Radish (Sweet) 8 servings per bag
Put Rice Pin Noodles in a plate cover with cling wrap loosely and microwave it for 2 minutes to soften noodles. Loosen it up and mix in Light and Dark Soy Sauce.
Peel and slice shallots.
Heat up oil in the wok for a minute. Add in the shallots and preserved radish and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Then add in the rice pin noodles and stir fry for a couple more minutes. Add a little water if noodles starts to stick to the wok.
