Creamed carrots and potatoes

3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted .25 cup Milk, 3.25% 1 tbsp Parsley .1 tsp Salt 1.5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
Directions
Peel potatoes and carrots, boil until soft with parsley. Mash with butter and milk.
