Ingredients
375 grams Canadian Bacon 300 grams Spinach, frozen 3 serving Schneider chicken breakfast sausage (by CELTICRAVEN) 9 serving Extra Large egg, fresh (1 egg) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
fry bacon and sausage, then fry onions and peppers, stir together in bowl, beat s slightly, 9 eggs, layer in greased casserole dish, spinach, veggies and meats, pour egg mixture over, top with cheese, bake at 350 30 - 35 minute
