1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted8.0 serving 1 box Ronzoni elbows1.0 dash Salt
Cook pasta to package directions.
Drain water from pasta and return to stove top on very low heat.
Add butter and give a quick stir.
Add shredded cheese in small amounts, stirring as you add until all the cheese is melted.
Serve.
