1 tbsp olive oil1 cup chopped onion2 cloves crushed garlic 2 serving beef bouillon cubes1 can tomato paste1 large can tomato sauce (680 ml)6 tbsp Truvia (sweetener to equal 3/4 cup sugar)1/4 cup worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp dry mustard 1 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp cayenne1 tbsp chili powder1 tsp chipotle powder
Over medium heat in a medium skillet warm oil. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
Add cubes and dissolve.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until sweetener is dissolved. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Best on pork and chicken.
