Aida's Lamb Stir Fry

Ingredients
5 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 2 tsp Pampered Chef Asian Seasoning 2 serving Cabbage (1 cup, shredded) 3 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 28 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP 4 oz Lamb, Australian, shoulder, blade, trimmed
Directions
Trim lamb of fat and bone - be ruthless. Cook lamb in oil for a few minutes, remove from pan leaving drippings. Stir fry veggies in pan, add to lamb and serve.
