Ingredients
5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) .75 cup, mashed Banana, fresh .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tbsp Maple Syrup .5 tsp Baking Soda 4 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup pieces or chips Walnuts 8 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Mix ingredients except chocolate and bake at 350 for 15 min, cool.
Melt chocolate in double boiler, dip cookies in chocolate and refrigerate
