Penne Pasta Bake

Ingredients
1.5 Cups Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Penne Pasta with flax1 LB Ground Chicken1 jar Trader Joe's Tomato Basil Marinara2 cups fresh spinach1 cup zucchini sliced1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, park skim milk3 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Bring water to boil and add pasta. Cook for approximately 8 minutes. Brown the ground chicken in a large skillet and cook thoroughly. Drain the pasta and combine with half the the marinara in a large bowl. Add the spinach and zucchini and mix together. Add the cooked ground chicken and the remaining marinara. Pour the combined ingredients into a 2 qt baking dish. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.
