Southwest Corn Bake

Ingredients
2 (11 oz) cans whole kernel corn with sweet peppers, drained1 (14 oz) can chili style tomatoes, undrained1 (15 oz) can white hominy, drained1 (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained1/2 cup shreaded Montery Jack cheese
Directions
Combine everything but the cheese in a 2 quart baking dish (covered) that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 25 min. or until bubbly. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 min. more.
