Peachy keene chicken cassarole

Ingredients
6.0 oz Chicken, Costco Rotisserie Chicken (3oz/85gm)0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw2.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Peaches, fresh4.0 cup Great Value Instant Brown Rice - 1 cup cooked (1/2 cup - 43g dry rice)11.3 fl oz Peach Nectar1.0 oz Lays Potato Chips, Classic
Directions
Mix chopped roast chicken, onions, celery, peeled fresh peach together in large bowl. Cook brown rice & mix the meat & veg together with it. Put mixed ingredients in a large cassarole dish & pour peach nectar over it. Top with crumbled chips. Bake uncovered @ 350 - 375 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes until you think it's done. My Australian friend used to visit me during their winter & cook this. My kids loved it. He used apricots & apricot nectar. He didn't put the fruit & celery in it. He used onion soup instead of fresh onion.
