Noodles and Company Pesto Elbow Macaroni with Chicken

2 cups uncooked Barilla Plus Elbow Macaroni1 pound chicken breasts cut into one inch pieces1 tsp coconut oil10 oz package grape tomatoes1 package sliced mushrooms (2 cups)1/3 cup white wine1/4 cup half and half1 jar aldi pesto (7 oz)
Boil noodles until al dente. Salute chicken in coconut oil and 1 tsp of pesto sauce until cooked. Remove chicken from pan. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, wine, remaining pesto, and half/half to pan and cook vegetables until slightly tender. Add cooked noodles and mix thoroughly. Add cooked chicken and mix again until everything is evenly coated with pesto sauce.
