1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 0.25 lemon yields Lemon Juice 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1 tbsp Cilantro, raw 1.5 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Kirkland)
Directions
mix all ingredients in food processor and mince together
