Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
8 oz Egg Noodles (Deseret- 1/8 pkg) (by KENSGIRL1975) 1.5 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 4 serving Beef bouillion cube (by DMB428) 3 1tsp Canola Oil 0.225 cup Corn Starch 1 cup Mushrooms, canned and drained8 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 8 serving Beef - Stew Meat - Cubed - 4 oz raw (by TIGERBABY27)
Directions
In skillet heat the oil and add chopped onion and garlic. Cook to translucent. Add stew meat, salt and pepper, and saute till brown. Add 2 tbsp. corn starch and coat meat. Add bouillon cubes and water and bring mixture to a boil. Add drain mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup. stir well. Bring to a bubble and lower heat to warm.
Cook egg noodles to package directions. Drain and add to beef mix. Add sour cream and heat through.
