Crockpot Mexican Chicken Cassrole

Ingredients
30 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 8 oz Cream Cheese 24 tbsp Salsa - Tostitos All Natural Chunky Salsa (medium) 1.5 cup Beans, black 1.5 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh
Directions
Toss frozen chicken breasts and everything else in crock pot. Cook on low 6 - 8 hours. Roughly chop chicken and stir everything so a creamy sauce develops. Serve over rice.
