1.88 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.47 tsp Salt 0.94 tsp Vanilla Extract 3.76 tsp Baking Powder 1.88 cup Flour, white 0.94 cup Whole Wheat Flour .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1.5 cup Milk, 1% 0.24 cup Margarine, soft 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Preheat waffle iron, prior to use.
Wisk eggs in a large bowl,
Add all ingredients (except flour and baking powder) mix thoroughly,
Add flour, mix again,
Sprinkle baking powder on mixture, wait 1 minute, then mix in.
Spray non-stick cooking oil on all four plates of the iron, it may smoke a bit.
Open iron and add .5 to 3/4 cups batter, close lid and rotate iron,
Open again and add .5 to 3/4 cups batter, close lid,
Note: You may have to play with this Depending on your iron.
Start timer.
If batter seeps out, rotate iron 2-3 times while cooking.
First set takes approximately 5 min, then 3.5 to 4 minutes thereafter.
Top with favourite fruit or syrup.
