Onion Dip

Ingredients
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat 3 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes 1/2 tsp Onion powder 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/4 tsp Celery seed 1/4 tsp Pepper, black 1/4 tsp Turmeric, ground 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Beef Bouillon*
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together and mix into the yogurt. Allow to sit for about an hour for onion flakes to reconstitute. Forgo the chips and serve with fresh veggies. 21 Day Fix- this counts as 1 red container. *try to choose bouillon that is low sodium and has no MSG. We've used a liquid concentrate with good results. Serving Size: Make 2 1/2 cup servings
