Penne "Lasagna"

Ingredients
8 oz Whole Wheat Penne (dry) 2 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce) 2 cup Great Value Fancy Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Brown ground beef. Drain.
Cook pasta according to package. Drain, do not rinse.
Mix together all ingredients (save half a cup of mozzarella for top) and place in baking dish.
Top with saved mozzarella.
Bake at 350F until cheese is melted and all is heated through.
Refrigerate leftovers.
