Lettuceground turkeytomatoestaco seasoningkidney beansblack beansonionblack olivesgrated taco cheesetortilla chips
Brown ground turkey, drain & rinse if necessary. Add taco seasoning & enough water or tomato juice to make a meat sauce. Tear lettuce into a big bowl, add tomatoes, rinsed beans, onion & cheese. Crumble taco chips and sprinkle on top of salad. If you want to pour a little taco sauce or hot sauce or salsa over the salad you may. Tastes just like "real" tacos, but not messy to eat!
