Quick Calzones

Ingredients
8 serving Cheese, Mozzarella, Part Skim, Kroger (shredded, 1/4 cup) 15 oz Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 425.2 grams Pepperoni 1 tsp Garlic powder 32 oz Rhode's frozen bread dough (by KRS0034)
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the cheeses, pepperoni, and garlic powder. Divide each loaf into eight pieces. On a floured surface, roll each portion into a 5-inch circle. Place filling in the center of each circle. Bring ugh over filling; pinch seams to seal. Place seam side down on greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 30-35 mins or until golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 16 mini calzones.
