"Chicken" Pizza

Ingredients
6 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 oz Asiago Cheese 2 oz Venison, ground 2.50 serving Hormel - Turkey Pepperoni (17 slices) 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 24 oz Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, frozen 1 serv = 4 0z- Great Value 6/14 265 gram(s) Great Value (Walmart) Pizza Sauce
Directions
Flatten chicken to an even thickness. Dry with paper towels to absorb any moisture. With minimal amount of olive oil in a non-stick skillet Sear the chicken until done on both sides (2-3 minutes each side using a bacon press to keep chicken flat). Place cooked chicken pieces on baking pan. Precook other toppings (veggies, venison or sausage, etc). Beginning with pizza sauce, build your pizza. Add cheese and put under broiler to melt the cheese.
