House Fried Rice

Ingredients
4 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 4 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 8 oz Flank Steak 5 oz Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted 1 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" Sweet Corn, Fresh 2 stalk Broccoli, fresh 0.5 cup Snow Peas, fresh .75 cup Peas, frozen 1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 tsp Ginger Root 2 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil .25 cup Soy Sauce 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
Directions
Chop all the veggies and meat into bite size pieces. Start with the ginger & garlic in a hot pan. Add the veggies, then meat and rice last. Next toss the mixture with sesame oil and soy sauce to finish. Sprinkle with scallions
