3 large Scrambled Egg 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .25 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh .8 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 tbsp Parsley 1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives .125 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
Directions
saute veggies in coconut oil, add lightly beaten eggs, stir while cooking so the eggs clot evenly
