Asian Broccoli with garlic

Ingredients
1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp Garlic .5 tsp Kosher Salt 6 cup Broccoli florets.5 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 450F with rack in the lowest position. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Whisk together canola oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes.

Toss broccoli florets with oil mixture and transfer to prepared baking sheet. Roast broccoli on bottom rack until crisp-tender, about 10-12 minutes.
