Ingredients
16 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 4 tbsp Fiber-Whole Psyllium husk (by CORISDREAM) 0.33 cup Bob's Red Mill Arrowroot starch flour (by FRESHSTART469) 1 tsp Salt 4 clove Garlic 1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
mix psyllium husks and hot water until thickened. Place in food processor and add the rest of the ingredients. Process until a dough is formed. Roll out balls of dough between two pieces of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Cook in skillet over medium low heat for one to two minutes for each side. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
