Ingredients
224 gram Hemisfares chifferini pasta (8 oz)Boil and drain according to package directions. White Sauce Directions: in a heavy pan melt butter & 2 Tbs of flour with 1/3 dry milk & 2 cups water. Use wire whisk. Cook over medium heat until mixture bubbles and thickens to gravy. 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted .5 serving Flour White Whole Wheat Flour 1/4 cup 0.33 cup Instant Nonfat Powdered Milk 1 serving Water Once mix thickens, add these ingredients off the heat. Pour over the macaroni which should be in a casserole prepared with PAM. 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw (grated is ok)5 dash Pepper, black 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Macaroni cooks in boiling water.
White sauce cooks in sauce pan. Use wire whisk to avoid lumps.
Bake casserole at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes
