2 cups low calorie barbecue sauce1 cup water2 lbs thinly sliced lean pork chops, trimmed of fat2 lbs sauerkraut, rinsed
Directions
1. mix together barbecue sauce and water
2. combine barbecue, pork chops and sauerkraut in slow cooker.
3. cover. cook on low for 8-10 hours.

    I was hesitant to try this recipe as I wasn't sure how the bbq sauce and sauerkraut would react to each other. But it turned out really good. The pork crops had great flavor and were so tender :) Deffinitely will make again... - 7/5/11
