1 cup coconut flour2 whole eggs 12 eggs white 8 tbsp organic extra virgin coconut oil4 tbsp Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey1 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Salt1 Apple Cider Vinegar
In a large mixing bowl mix the eggs, oil, honey together, add the coconut flour and salt mix well until fully combined with no lumps and then add the baking powder and the vinegar mix to incorporate.
Transfer the melange to a greased 9×5 loaf pan
Bake at 350° for 40-50mns or until a toothpick inserted in the center come out clean.
