Ingredients
250 gram Flour - Super-Strong Premium White Bread Flour (Hovis) (by ASTROCHEF) 5 grams Salt 1 ounce Yeast, bakers 160 mL Water, tap 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Heat oven to maximum and place 2 oven trays inside to heat up.
With oven at required temperature place a couple of pieces of the rolled dough onto each oven tray and baked until the bread puffs up and starts to change colour.
Remove and place on a rack to cool
