Gold Parsley Potatoes

Ingredients
20 oz potatoe, yukon gold 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 tbsp Parsley, dried
Directions
Wash and cut potatoes into bite-size chunks. Don't peel.

Boil and drain potatoes. Return them to the pot and add butter and parsley. Stir and serve.
