Ingredients
15 grams Ham, regular (11% fat) 1 1tsp Sunflower Oil 155 grams Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Crack 3 eggs into a small bowl and whisk them lightly. Pour 1 tsp of oil into a heated pan, and the ham that you have previously cut up into small pieces. After a minute or two, add the eggs. Cook until eggs aren't runny anymore.
