Gluten Free Beef Stew

Ingredients
1.75 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast4.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw3.0 cup diced Potato, raw1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw2.25 cup Progresso Vegetable Classics Creamy Mushroom Soup1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Saute stew meet with chopped onions celery and spices. Chop potatoes and carrots while sautéing. Place potatoes and carrots in bottom of crock pot. Add meat and celery onion on top. Salt and pepper as you like add a can of progresso gf creamy mushroom soup and about 1 cup of water. Cook in crock pot all day on low. Add less meat and more veggies to make it have less fat. This is a great easy gf recipe, but not low fat.
