4 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 16 tbsp Almonds - sliced 8 oz Walnuts 6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 cup Maple Syrup
Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Chop walnuts. Stir together dry ingredients. Mix together oil, maple syrup and add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tbsp gr. cinnamon. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and spread mixture evenly on them. Bake for 10 min, remove from oven and stir. Return to oven for another 10 min until golden. Remove and let cool completely before storing.
