Chocolate Chip Banana Bread (with pecans)

0.33 cup Butter, salted1.0 fl oz Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 tsp Salt2.0 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh0.75 cup, chopped Pecans1.25 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Baking Soda0.67 cup Granulated Sugar1.5 cup Flour, white5.0 oz Dark chocolate chunks, 62%, Private Selection, 10oz in bag, 1 Tbl = 1/2 oz0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
Oven to 325*, use cooking spray in a 9x9 pan.
Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl.
Mash the bananas in another bowl, then add melted butter, 2 eggs and splash of milk. Mix well.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until blended, then spread into pan.
Bake at 325* for 45-50 minutes.
It's also very good with a half cup of finely ground walnuts!
