Ingredients
6.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw2.0 tbsp minced garlic3.5 cup diced tomatoes,no salt added16.8 oz sirloin petite steak3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap42.0 gram(s) McCormick Beef Stew seasoning mix1.0 cup Great value tomato sauce, no salt0.5 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen
Directions
Combine all raw veggies, minced garic,canned tomatoes, cubed steak, and water in slow cooker.Cook on high for 4 hrs.Spoon out 1/2 cup of liquid from slow-cooker,mix with stew seasoning. Add mixture to slow-cooker,add frozen veggies.Cook 2 more hours or until frozen veggies are done.
