Ingredients
8 oz Great Value Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (frozen) (by MICHALYNN81) 1 cup Milk Whole Vitamin D 9 oz Fresh Frozen Mixed Vegetables 0.5 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium) 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 0.25 tsp Jane's Krazy Mixed-up Salt (by SWTTHOMAS) 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1.5 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.33 cup Idaho Spuds (dry) .5 tsp Better Than Bouillon
Directions
Boil chicken in water till done; shred. Add frozen vegetables, onions, seasonings. and shredded chicken, cook until vegetables are well done. Add cornstarch to milk, mix well and stir into chicken mixture, heat till thickened and mixture returns to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the 1/3 cup of potato flakes.

Serve over toast. Makes three 1/3 cup servings.
