yummy. just wish the measurement for the ground beef was in pounds instead of cups - 7/15/08

1.5 cups beef for ten servings is not much protein for each one. I guess she meant 1.5 pounds beef. Look good, I'll try it soon with 1.5 pounds ground meat. - 6/7/08

For those of you that wonder, the 1.5 cups was a mistake, because if you look at the ingredients details link, it shows that 24oz of ground beef was entered. That is 1.5 lbs. I made this three times. It was better when I cut the sauce recipe in half and didn't add any water to the sauce. - 5/23/08

I've never see a recipe for meatloaf that calls for 1.5 cups of beef. Is that a mistake? - 5/23/08

Wonderful, but how is this "spicey"? (Creator must be from the Mid-West ;-) Adding hot sauce next time for a little extra zip. - 5/22/08
