1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted2.0 oz Feta Cheese2.0 cup Lima beans, immature seeds, frozen, baby, unprepared3.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw1.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes90.0 gram(s) Corn on the Cob, Sweet Corn, Medium Ear
Thaw frozen Lima beans. Cut corn off the cob. Heat pan to medium. Add beans, corn and butter. Saute until corn is cooked. Chop 1 tomato and dice the scallions. Add tomato and onion. Cook 4 to 5 minutes. While cooking be sure to stir often. Add feta cheese. Turn off the heat and let the mixture sit for a few mi items before serving.
