16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 16 oz Pork Tenderloin .5 tsp 1/2 tsp Morton Lite Salt (by BLUEBIRDNANNY) .5 tsp Salt .5 tsp Jane's Krazy Mixed-up Salt (by SWTTHOMAS) 1 tsp Jane's Krazy Mixed Up Pepper (by NADS1959) 0.16 tbsp Liquid Smoke (by JO_JO_BA) 2 fl oz Water, tap 1.5 clove Garlic .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Oregano, ground .5 tsp Coriander leaf, dried .25 tsp Granulated Sugar .25 tsp Allspice
Directions
grind pork and beef, mix well, add seasoning, water, onion, and garlic mix very well, let set in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Package and freeze or cook the way you like it right away.
