Cheesy Smoked Sausage Potato Casserole

Ingredients
3 serving Baked potatoe -Idaho (by DESTINYSCHOICE) 4 serving Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular (Soft), 1 Tbsp 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 serving 8th Continent Original Soymilk .5 tsp Salt 25 tsp Pepper, black 1.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese .5 tsp Paprika 16 oz Ekrich Turkey Smoked Sausage
Directions
Cut skinless smoked sausage in half, lenghtwise, and then chop into 1/2 inch "half moon" cuts. Cook in a frying pan for about 15 minutes, turning frequently to SLIGHTLY brown.
Meanwhile, put cooked and diced potatoes in a 2 qt. casserole. Add cooked meat and give a gentle toss. Potatoes can be with skin on or off.
Mix all remaining ingredients (except for 1/2 cup cheddar and the paprika) in a sauce pan over medium heat until warm, melted and smooth. (use a wisk and stir constantly)
Pour white/cheese sauce over potatoes and meat. Sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top, and then sprinkle paprika evenly over the top. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 35 - 45 minutes. (watch until golden brown on top)
